HEAD FINANCE & BUSINESS CONTROLLING -Supply Chain Worldleader- Willebroek

You report directly to the General Manager and in dotted line to the Group Controlling Director (based in France).

You will be responsible for leading Financial Planning & Analysis & Controlling activities.

You will be essential in providing: Finance and Accounting Support, accurate financial projections, day-to-day financial perspectives but also strategic advice & guidance to the Belgian Management Team to influence optimal business decisions.

In this role, you’ll be a part of the Belgian Director’s Team

• In collaboration with the Magement Team, you ensure the translation of the strategic objectives into realistic goals and annual budget.
• You ensure transparent management information, including reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), financial analyses, budget control.
• You play an active role in the budgeting, forecasting & business plan.
• You’re fully responsible on month-end & year-end closing process
• You provide ad hoc business analyses with valued insight, challenge business and make recommendations based on data
• By evaluating data, you prepare forecast and analyses trends for P&L forecast
• You use revenue and profitability analytical tools with the objective to support business decisions
• You’re the single point of contacts for the Statutory Audits

• Education : Degree in Business Administration or Economics preferably with a specialization in finance or accounting.
• Experience : You have ideally 4 to 8 years years of successful experience, ideally acquired in a large audit firm. An experience in analytical accounting is mandatory
• Languages : Fluent in Dutch & French & English.
